Timios, Inc. allows you to request signing appointments via our website, e-mail or over the phone. Once your request is received we will confirm the appointment with your borrower within three hours.

At Timios, Inc. you will have one point of contact: a closing specialist. Your closing specialist will review the title report on the subject property once it is prepared and take the necessary steps to clear any “clouds” shown. Common “clouds” include issues with vesting, old liens that have been paid, existing mortgages for which demands need to be ordered and tax issues.
